“Reinventing Color & Style: The Major Trends”
Presented by Leatrice Eiseman
"Eco-awareness is a resounding theme and the key words are often the ‘re’ words—re-cycle, re-use, re-purpose. At the same time there continues to be the need to relax, re-wind, renew and hopefully, refurbish their homes.” Come hear author, speaker, color consultant and forecasting expert, Leatrice Eiseman, as she explains the major trends for the home, including the colors and styles that can innovatively regenerate decorating projects.
Eiseman heads the Eiseman Center for Color Information and Training and is also executive director of the Pantone Color Institute and edits the Ezine on the Pantone website. She is the author of six books on color, among them: Colors For Your Every Mood which was chosen as a Book of the Month Club selection and received an award from the Independent Publisher’s Association, the Pantone Guide to Communicating With Color, Color Answer Book, and her most recent book, More Alive With Color.
Eiseman was named in the group of 50 top style makers two years in a row by Home Furnishings Now, the leading home furnishings trade publication and recently Fortune Magazine featured her as one of the top decision makers. She has made appearances on CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, HGTV, Discovery Channel and the FOX network. She is a member of the American Trends Committee as well as the international forecasting group for the Pantone View Color Planner.
She is an allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers, Industrial Design Society of America, as well as the Fashion Group, and has received the prestigious service award from the Color Marketing Group where she serves as a chairholder.Let us know if you plan to attend the luncheon seminar.
