Effective January 2012, the Denver Merchandise Mart will no longer be mailing paper statements.

You will receive a monthly Email reminder to access your information through the Tenant Portal. Please continue to submit your payments as you have in the past until you are notified about ePayment processing being available.

Download and follow the instructions on the Quick Start Login Sheet about
setting up your User Name & Password.

The Portal works faster with Firefox or Google Chrome Browsers. If you use Internet Explorer, please only enter "submit" once or you will create duplicate Passwords.
