The heart of the Denver Merchandise Mart is the 12,000 square-foot, four-story atrium known as Terrace Gardens.

Terrace Gardens can accommodate a wide variety of events,
such as fashion shows, receptions, dinners, dances, speeches and many other special
activities. It can be used alone or in conjunction with any of the other areas:
Mart Pavilion, Expo
Building, Forum Meeting Rooms, or the Plaza at the Mart.
Terrace Gardens is ideal for sit-down or buffet dinners for up to 600 people
and cocktail parties for up to 800. A large, portable dance floor also can
be arranged in various shapes and sizes. All the Mart's expert services are
available for events held in Terrace Gardens, including food and beverage service
professionally
handled by our catering department, loading dock, set-up, signage, housekeeping,
floral, reception, registration, host and hostess service, security and thousands
of free parking spaces. An event is memorable when it's held in Terrace Gardens!
